We're planning our first ever charity art auction this September, with all proceeds to go towards enhancements of the new Meadow Unit. Our charity are supporting this new psychiatric intensive care unit for young people, due to open in a few months, with development of the garden space, gym room, sensory space and artwork - all above the statutory NHS funding. 

Calling professional artists!  

We are inviting local professional artists to donate a picture to be auctioned to raise funds for our Meadow Unit appeal. We are looking to select 30 pictures in total to auction at our event at the Warneford Hospital, Oxford in September. 

What we are looking for

You can submit an original artwork, this could be a canvas or framed painting or photograph, that will be priced individually for people to bid on.

Alternatively, you could submit a digital image that we can print and mount. The artwork should be supplied as a high-quality digital image, at least 300 dpi. We will then print all artwork at approx. A3 (29 x 42 cm) and mount the image.

For all artwork*, please submit a digital version by sending a jpeg of the work by 30 June 2023 to [email protected]. Please also provide:

• Your name
• Title of your piece
• A short narrative or background information about your work

This information will appear in the art auction programme, and alongside your work in our auction display. 

*If you plan to donate an original piece for the auction, please provide a digital version initially. We will arrange a mutually convenient date for you to bring original artwork once we have finalised the selection.
