Occupational Therapist, Libby Pannett-Smith has gone above and beyond, by completing the gruelling Land's End to John O'Groats last week to raise funds for our Positivity Pot Fund. The fund supports projects that enhance the experience of the young people staying at the Marlborough House, Swindon CAMHS unit, where Libby works.

The challenge took her through 1000 miles of cycling and as Libby says, ‘An absolutely amazing experience which I will never forget. There were days when I didn’t think I get up the climbs or I would wake up aching all over, but I just had to push through and toughen up! I never factored in the amazing people I would meet or quite how diverse the UK landscape is. I am so pleased I have been able to make a significant contribution to the Positivity Pot for Marlborough House and couldn’t have done it without all the support I received’.

The funds will be put towards the development of a sensory room at the unit. We look forward to working with Libby and the team at Marlborough House as plans for this are developed. Well done Libby!!!
