Join Us

There are many ways to be part of Oxford Health Charity.

Whether you're looking for a role, bringing specialist expertise, or interested in working with us through a tender, we welcome people who share our ambition to improve the experience of patients, carers and staff across Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Explore the opportunities below to find the right way to work with us.

Work With Us

For permanent and fixed-term roles

We are a small, ambitious team working to make a meaningful difference across Oxford Health. While opportunities don’t come up often, when they do, we’re looking for people who are values-driven, collaborative and motivated to create impact.

Consultancy and Specialist Support

For freelancers, associates and project-based work

We regularly work with consultants and specialists to support areas such as fundraising, marketing, evaluation, and programme delivery. If you bring expertise that could help us grow our impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Tenders and Partnerships

For agencies, organisations and formal procurement

We occasionally invite organisations to tender for specific projects and services. Opportunities will be listed here when they become available.
