The sun was shining for the Blenheim 7k again this year and we were happy to welcome our runners, walkers and quite a few four-legged friends to the palace grounds.

Our stand was set up early on Sunday morning alongside some of the other charities being represented at the event and it was great to catch up with them, as well as provide a meeting place for all those fundraising for us.  We also hosted a small game for the young people attending the event, encouraging them and their families to learn more about what we do.

As with the majority of our fundraising events, the fundraisers are raising money to make a difference to the appeals that mean the most to them.  This year, we had fundraisers supporting:

Fundraising for these appeals, and our other appeals currently open, helps to enhance the experience of patients, carers and staff across the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and we are truly thankful for all the support given.

We look forward to seeing even more runners, walkers and dogs at Blenheim 2025.

A final reflection - Our thoughts are with the individual who experienced a medical incident at the event and their family and friends.  We thank one of our runners for their kind intervention to preserve the dignity and privacy of that individual while the medics supported them.
