Following a period of consultation, discussion and engagement we are very happy to share the new 2023-28 Oxford Health Charity Strategy.

The 2023-28 Strategy builds on the foundations already in place and provides a framework through which the charity will continue to grow and develop by focussing on the delivery of Positive Spaces. 

The strategic objectives that will enable us to deliver our vision are:

•To develop an evidence base demonstrating the positive and meaningful impact of charity projects
•To create a culture of engagement and involvement through volunteers, donors, fundraising and staff to boost charity income and awareness
•To encourage innovation and research through bespoke funding opportunities
By the end of 2028, our charity will have grown to deliver even more meaningful and impactful projects with a strong network of donors, fundraisers and supporters.  We will do all this with the experience of patients at our heart.
The new strategy will be supported be a set of frameworks covering fundraising, engagement and grants with annual plans for delivery and impact. 
A series of community engagement events are being planned for early 2024 to highlight these changes and raise awareness of how to engage with the charity to increase the meaningful impact we can have in your local area.
