Your impact and stories The Difference We Make Staying positive with Creating with Care Life seems to be changing daily at the moment and staff and patient well-being is now more important than ever. Here at Creating with Care we are currently putting together anti-boredom packs for older patients in our Community Hospitals, which will include ideas for creativity like Origami and mindful colouring but also simple word searches and a spring quiz! Over the last few days I have been overwhelmed with links to virtual resources for people at home self isolating or those starting to think about home educating their children or for those in care homes. I have chosen a few links here that might be useful for our staff and/or patients here. Did you know music can reduce anxiety and stress? Why not put on the radio or alternatively enjoy the music from Ben Heaney at Deltaviolin and the Music Health Service . Ben has been streaming mini music concerts for all to enjoy from his Deltaviolin project Facebook page. Ben is a freelance community musician who has played mini concerts on the wards at Abingdon and Witney Community Hospitals for Creating with Care. You can also take virtual tours and create your own collection if you have a google account.
