The feedback from attendees of our Connect and Care for You virtual sessions so far has been really positive.  Staff across the Trust, whether working from home, isolating, on wards or out and about on community visits, have been able to access sessions on gardening, Indian cookery, meditation, yoga, wellness, art, seated dance and mindful movement.  The programme is now moving into the second month and we are looking forward to some new sessions from Yoga with Emma - bringing 'Time out to Breathe' as well family yoga to the schedule.
